Project Overiew
The major renovation of Phyllis E. Williams Spanish Immersion (PEWSI) consists of replacing the building's HVAC system, improving the building envelope, replacing exterior doors and windows, replacing the ceiling, upgrading lighting and electrical systems, updating the fire alarm system, and making interior architectural upgrades.
