Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! Whether you are returning or joining us for the first time, we are excited to have you as part of the Non Traditional Program North community. This year promises to be filled with new opportunities, challenges, and successes as we strive to make every moment count.
This year's theme, "Guiding Greatness: Purpose. Passion. Progress.," is all about fostering growth and direction for our students and families. We will focus on ensuring that everything we do, from lessons and activities to policies and procedures, is rooted in clear purpose, fuels passion for learning, and drives tangible progress in your high school journey. We aim to guide you through challenges and changes with understanding and dedicated support, helping you navigate your high school experience with confidence and a clear path toward your aspirations.
Our dedicated staff is here to support your academic and personal growth. Here are some key members of our team:
9:30 - 4:10
All students must wear appropriate solid colored TAN bottoms at their natural waistline and are not shorter than fingertip length when the hands are fully extended down.
All students must wear a solid BLACK polo style shirt. If you are cold, you may wear a BLACK sweater, sweatshirt, jacket, or fleece. Further details can be found in the Student Rights and Responsibilities Handbook.
All scholars will use clear book bags for the 2025/26 school year. You may click here to access clear book bags on sale at amazon.com. NTPN Clear book bags are available on a first come first serve basis.
PGCPS District cell phone policy will be followed. While students are permitted to have cell phones here, NTPN students will be required to turn in their cell phones daily. Cell Phones will be kept in a secure and locked location.
To secure school bus transportation for the start of the 2025 - 2026 school year, your scholar must be registered for school by Monday, August 15, 2025. Please make sure your address and contact information is correct in Scribchoice to avoid delays in service. Scholars living more than 2 miles from school should qualify for transportation. You may check on bus stop locations here. Once a bus has been assigned, you can contact the bus lot that the school bus originates from with any concerns or questions. Contact numbers can be found here. Additionally, transportation will be using a new phone app called Stop Finder which is available in the Google Play and Apple App stores to track where buses are in real-time.
Warm regards,
