The GES PTA and Board is a 100% volunteer organization composed of GES community members just like you!
We know that you want the best for your children and being a PTA member can help you achieve that. Children learn more and have better lives when parents, school staff, students, and the community work together. The GES PTA brings these groups together to share thoughts and ideas about programs and activities that benefit our children. Our PTA provides information, resources, and support that strengthen these relationships.
The GES PTA supports the Free State PTA and the National PTA's mission to make every child's potential a relaity by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
Promote activities that enhance the joy and well-being of GES students and staff in a way that complements and enriches the learning environment;
Advocate on behalf of students, staff and the school;
Build community within the school, and enhance the relationship among the school, parents, and the wider community;
Encourage the community’s investment of time, energy and money into Greenbelt’s public schools.
All memberships are valid for the current school year (starting July 1), and they expire on Sept. 30 of the following school year.
The cost is $10 per adult.
