If your student was absent from school, please complete the form below to document the reasons for their absence. Once submitted, the Attendance Secretary will update the attendance codes to reflect the appropriate lawful reason for the absence. Failure to provide these excuse notes for absences may result in those absences being recorded as unexcused.
