Areas of Responsibility

The Instructional Staffing Office facilitates the processes associated with talent acquisition and management of instructional employees, including new hire onboarding and processing to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. We also manage all aspects of internal employee movement, such as voluntary and involuntary transfers, promotions, demotions, and separations. 

Additional areas of responsibility include:

  • Serving as the primary customer service point of contact for principals and managers, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of the employment lifecycle, including recruiting, selection, hiring, performance management, and retention.
  • Maintaining accountability for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of staffing across schools and departments, aligning talent management practices with organizational goals and priorities.
