Bulletin M-5-26 Extended Pay Option Plan (EPOP) for the 2025-2026 School Year
- Eligible employees who choose to enroll in The EPOP will enroll via Oracle Employee Self-Service. The deadline for 11-month employees to enroll or withdraw from The Plan is July 25, 2025, and the deadline for 10-month employees to enroll or withdraw from the EPOP is August 22, 2025. Enrollment is closed!

New Hires - ASASP II and Local 2250:
All newly hired ASASP II and Local 2250 employees must enroll in the EPOP within 30 days of their hire date by completing the Extended Pay Option Plan Enrollment Form for ASASPII & Local 2250 New Hires. Use your PGCPS email address when completing the form. Important Note: If you are hired in December enrollment must be submitted by December 26, 2025. -
New Hires - PGCEA:
All newly hired PGCEA employees are automatically enrolled in the EPOP, regardless of hire date. If they choose not to participate, they must withdraw within 30 days of their hire date by completing the Extended Pay Option Plan Withdrawal Form for PGCEA New Hires. Use your PGCPS email address when completing the forms.
