- Supervise the Instructional Specialist, Student Advocate, Social Worker, Nurse, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Specialist, Testing Coordinator, and Secretaries
 
- Observe and supervise: Guidance, Mathematics, Special Education, Science, ESOL, Art, World Languages, Physical Education, and Foundations of Technology
 
- Observe new, non-tenured, and teachers needing support
 
- Oversee the New Teachers’ Academy and Academic Coaches    
 
- Oversee the Sy 2022 - 2023 Professional Development Calendar
 
- Oversee Cafeteria Operations
 
- Oversee AVP, EOP, Testing, and Test Administration
 
- Oversee the Security Team
 
- Plan the Opening Week Agenda
 
- Coordinate Bell Schedules
 
- Coordinate Faculty and Staff Awards Program
 
- Coordinate Back to School Night
 
- Monitor School Website
