Important Transportation Information for the 2025-2026 School Year
To receive school bus transportation at the start of the 2025-26 school year, your child must be fully registered for school by August 15, 2025.
How to Access Your Child’s Bus Information:
You can find your child’s bus stop and schedule in several ways:
- Activate Your ParentVUE Account If you haven’t already, please activate your PGCPS ParentVUE account. Bus schedules will be available in ParentVUE starting August 18, 2025.
- Check Your Mailbox Families with registered students will receive a postcard with their child’s bus assignment the week of August 19, 2025.
- Use the StopFinder App: Download the StopFinder app from the App Store or Google Play to track your child’s bus in real time (Stop Finder App Final).
- Visit the PGCPS Transportation Webpage. Learn more about school transportation updates, safety, and on-time arrival initiatives for the new school year: www.pgcps.org/bus.
