About Dr. Gloster

Dr. :LeTrecia Gloster is a former principal of Drew Freeman Middle School where she led meaningful school improvement efforts and uplifted both climate and achievement.

Most recently, Dr. Gloster served as Assistant Superintendent in York, Pennsylvania, where her leadership helped the district exit Financial Recovery status, improve outcomes, and save over $10 million. She has secured federal grants to strengthen teacher pipelines, equity-driven leadership, and instructional redesign. Dr. Gloster has led in D.C. Public Schools, Metro Nashville Public Schools, and across Maryland and North Carolina. In every setting, she brings vision, integrity, and a deep commitment to students furthest from opportunity.
