A proud PGCPS servant and seasoned instructional leader, Dr. Carletta Marrow brings over two decades of exemplary service in the district, most recently as Associate Superintendent for High Schools and Non-Traditional Programs. Dr. Marrow is nationally recognized for her turnaround leadership, equity-driven strategic planning, and her success in increasing graduation and promotion rates across the county. Her transformative initiatives such as the “Strive for Five” 9th Grade Academy and “Opening Doors to the Future” graduation campaign have redefined student success metrics in our district. A former teaching assistant, teacher, principal, instructional director, and associate superintendent, Dr. Marrow’s visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to our children make her the right leader to help guide our schools forward.
